Bonding with mother nature

In the urban lifestyle, almost everyone is busy with productivity in order to achieve the desired standard of living. Instead of getting happiness, urban people's stress levels are even higher. We call it "poisoning yourself today for a tomorrow that won't necessarily happen." One thing to remember, we must love ourselves. We need that. We need to bond with nature as a form of self love, even though we have very little time.
